nezaam came from watching small clinics, offices and shops run on a paper ticket roll while capable queue software was sold only to large enterprises with dedicated hardware and yearly contracts. We built the useful part of that software as a lean web app that runs on any screen, starts free, and speaks Arabic, French, German, Spanish and English.
Any browser or spare TV becomes the public display.
Customers can wait comfortably and be called by Telegram or SMS.
